Training for the Vancouver 1/2 Marathon
Map of the 1/2 Marathon Course
Start between BC Stadium and the Plaza of Nations and head north to Burrard Inlet then west to Stanley Park, loop through the park, returning along Pacific Blvd. to finish at the Plaza of Nations.
Training this week:
Monday: 30 minutes running
Tuesday: Tempo Run at Greenlake Track with ChuckIt
Wednesday: 45 minutes running
Thursday: Day Off
Friday: 8 mile long run
