Back in the swing

I'm slowly inching my way back into training. Ever since the marathon, I've been having troubles focusing. I'm back though! I am now training for the Vancouver Half Marathon and getting ramped up for triathlon season.

This week's training schedule:

Monday: Swim 20 laps

Tuesday: Run 3.4 mile loop

Wednesday: Gym! 30 minutes cardio + weights

Thursday: No plans as of yet!

Friday: Spinning Class?

Saturday: Long Run with Julie

Sunday: Rest
