Continuing the Focus

This week's training schedule:

Sunday (Easter): 25 minute walk (nice stroll around Queen Anne, next time I'm bringing my camera and heading into the cemetary! Spooky!)

Monday: Off (Girl's Dinner Night!)

Tuesday: Gym! 36 minutes cardio + weights (Hard CORE!)

Wednesday: Masters Swim

Thursday: Gym! 40 minutes cardio + weights

Friday: Gym! 40 minutes cardio + weights

Saturday: Run 8 miles

Saturday: Gym Day 36 minutes cardio + weights

Sunday: Run 8 miles

Monday: Swim 20 laps

Tuesday: Run 3.4 mile loop

Wednesday: Gym! 38 minutes cardio + weights

Thursday: Day Off

Friday: Gym! 38 minutes cardio + weights

Saturday: Run 10 miles

Sunday: Rest (Easter!)
