Supergirl Training this week:

Sunday: Day Off
Monday: Spinning and Pi/Yo at the Gym
Tuesday: 30 minute neighborhood run
Wednesday: 45 minutes running, swimming and weights
Thursday: 45 minutes running
Friday: Weights and swimming
Saturday: 10 mile long run

Monday, Monday

I went rollerblading along Alki yesterday. The weather was so nice and it was the perfect rollerblading day!

Always Training

Supergirl Training this week:

Sunday: Day Off but I might do Yoga at the gym tonight
Monday: Weights, Spinning and Pi/Yo at the Gym
Tuesday: Hills at Greenlake Track with ChuckIt and swimming
Wednesday: 45 minutes running, swimming and weights
Thursday: 45 minutes running
Friday: Weights and swimming
Saturday: 12-13 mile long run on this route

Last Saturday's run was good. We did 10 miles instead of 12. I had a good run and am not sore at all.

Update

Supergirl training has been going well this week:

Sunday: Day off -- instead of working out, I went and saw Hidalgo. Good flick!

Monday: Spinning and Yoga at the gym. I need the yoga. My body needs to stretch. Spinning is soooo good. It kicks my a**! Lovely!

Tonight: Hill training with ChuckIt. Might swim but depends on if a friend joins me.

Back and Strong from Hawaii

I'm back into training! Last week was strange and loopy. I did gym work on Wednesday and Thursday after having Monday and Tuesday off. Then ran 5 miles on Friday since I couldn't do my long run yesterday due to a bridesmaid luncheon.

Supergirl Training this week:

Sunday: 30 minutes of something at the gym (possibly day off)
Monday: Weights, Spinning and Pi/Yo at the Gym
Tuesday: Hills at Greenlake Track with ChuckIt and swimming
Wednesday: 45 minutes running, swimming and weights
Thursday: 45 minutes running
Friday: Weights and swimming
Saturday: 15 mile long run (not sure about this distance since it is more than my actual race and the farthest I've run so far is 10 miles. I'm thinking of reducing this to 12 miles so I don't hurt myself)

Also I can't decide which route to go on, I could do this
one or this one.
