Ramping up the training!
I registered for the Marine Corp Marathon and while I haven't been selected yet, I am in training (such as it is). I'm also starting to train for an olympic triathlon so I'm mixing in some swimming and bike riding. Busy, busy!
Here is this week's schedule:
Monday - Run 5 miles
Tuesday - Strides
Wednesday - Run 30 minutes
Thursday - Off
Friday - Swim 18 laps
Saturday - Run 8 miles
Sunday - Yoga
Monday -- Bike Ride (first of the season)
